Responsibility:
1.Workwithinthemechanicaldesignteamtocreatethenewdesignconcepts/solutionsformedicalsystems(includingthepatienthandlingsystemandsystemproductslikeultrasounddevices)
2.Conductthedesigniterationwiththeneededdesignmethods(DFEMA,calculation,FEA,prototyping&testing),andrealizethedesignfromconceptto3Dmodeland2Ddrawing
3.Workondesignchangesfromqualityimprovement,localization,2ndsourceandcostreduction
4.Workcloselywiththetestingteamtodotheverificationandqualification
5.Supporttheproductiondepartmenttosetupmanufacturing,assembling,andtesting
6.Maintaintheproductsthroughthelifecycle,includingthetroubleshootingandrootcauseanalysis.
7.Supportontheglobalcomponentsandproducts

QualificationsandExperience:
1.BachelororMasterdegreeinmechanicalengineeringormechanicalautomation
2.Minimum3-yearexperienceinthemechanicaldesign(theexperienceinmechanicaltransmissionispreferable)
3.ExcellentwrittenandoralEnglish
4.AdvancedexperienceandskillsinCADtools(theexperienceinNXUGispreferable)
5.KnowledgeinGD&Tandtoleranceanalysis
6.AdvancedKnowledgeinDFMEA,DOE,andFEAispreferable
7.Experienceinaninternationalworkingexperienceispreferable
